Jeanmarie is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. She designs and facilitates professional and leadership development programs that support and challenge employees to develop to their full potential.

Jeanmarie started her career at Chase Manhattan Bank and Prudential Securities, where she designed and facilitated leadership development workshops, coached leaders and executed organization-wide HR initiatives designed to advance the strategy of the organization.

Jeanmarie has a B.A. and a M.A. in Human Resources and Training and Development from Fordham University.
