Steve is a Partner with Avion. He demonstrates skill at analyzing and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, and then makes bottom-line observations and recommendations to challenge and support effective decision-making. Steve has partnered with clients for more than 20 years to find impactful and practical solutions to real business issues.

Steve began his career in human resources, advancing into HR leadership positions before subsequently going into external consulting several years later.

Steve has a B.A. and an M.A. in the behavioral sciences, and has studied leadership at the doctoral level at the University of San Diego.
