And on the right morning or for a snack, oatmeal is a great choice!! Full of fiber, complex carbs, protein and B vitamins, this is definitely something that you should keep stocked in your pantry.<\/p>\n<p>BONUS: not only is oatmeal nutrient dense with endless flavorful options, but it is budget friendly \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Here is a new recipe that I had for breakfast this morning with my hot cup of BULLET COFFEE \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">1\/2 c rolled oats, regular or gluten-free<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">2\/3 c unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">1\/2 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">1 tbsp vanilla protein powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">1 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Organic-PBFIT-Peanut-Butter-Powder\/dp\/B01FYXCQ1S\/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1484150448&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=powdered+peanut+butter+organic\">powdered peanut butter<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">1\/2 tsp pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">2 tsp pure maple syrup<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\">dash of pink salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix all ingredients thoroughly in an air tight container &#8211; I used a mason jar &#8211; and place in fridge overnight.<\/p>\n<p>These took about 3 minutes to make last night before I went to bed! Perfect for something to grab as you head out the door.
