{"id":7751,"date":"2019-02-26T19:09:38","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T19:09:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lindseyfishernc.com\/?p=7751"},"modified":"2019-02-26T19:09:38","modified_gmt":"2019-02-26T19:09:38","slug":"gluten-free-cinnamon-apple-crisp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/odez.com\/lindsey\/gluten-free-cinnamon-apple-crisp\/","title":{"rendered":"Gluten Free Cinnamon Apple Crisp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>6 medium organic apples<br \/>\n2 oz raisins<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp ground Ceylon\u00a0cinnamon<br \/>\n1 tsp\u00a0fresh squeezed lemon juice<br \/>\n2 tbsps oat flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup raw local honey<\/p>\n<p>Topping:<br \/>\n1 cup quick oats<br \/>\n2 tbsps light brown sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp\u00a0Ceylon cinnamon<br \/>\n2 1\/2 tbsps organic butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>Heat the oven to 350.<br \/>\nMix topping ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.<br \/>\nCombine apples, raisins, honey and lemon juice in a large bowl.<br \/>\nSprinkle with oat flour until the fruit is coated.<br \/>\nPlace mixture in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove from the oven and sprinkle with topping mixture.<br \/>\nBake for about 50 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Tip: Enjoy alone, as a sweet treat with some vanilla ice cream,\u00a0 with your cup of coffee, or on top of plain Greek yogurt.
