The very first time I made this dish, it was a HUGE hit with my hubby and kids! Enjoy \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>16 oz whole wheat pasta or GF, chickpea, quinoa\u00a0 (macaroni, ziti, spirals, <em><strong>your choice<\/strong><\/em>) OR this one from Trader Joes<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7780 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/lindseyfishernc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/34Tb1cmgSJqgtyB0FfjL6A-e1553112061776-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"145\" height=\"193\" \/>4 cups low sodium chicken broth or bone broth<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp ghee or organic butter<br \/>\n2 tsp Dijon mustard<br \/>\n1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 cup 2% cottage cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt<br \/>\nsalt &amp; pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Place noodles, broth, ghee, garlic powder and mustard in the Instant Pot and mix well.<br \/>\nSet your pot on manual (high pressure) for 10 minutes. (Note: ziti noodles may take a few minutes longer)<br \/>\nWhen time runs out, release the pressure and remove the lid.<br \/>\nGive the noodles a quick stir.
