We can have cookies for breakfast \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 cup organic coconut oil<br>1\/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup<br>2 organic eggs<br>1 tsp vanilla<br>1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)<br>2 1\/2 cups GF oats<br>1 tsp baking soda<br>1 tsp cinnamon<br>1\/4 cup chocolate chips, raisins, OR any dried fruit chopped<br>1\/4 cup chia seeds<br>1\/4 cup sunflower seeds<br>1\/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine oil, syrup until creamy. Whisk in the eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix in the nut butter. Add the oats and seeds until evenly combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place spoonfuls on a prepared baking sheet.
