{"id":8048,"date":"2020-01-08T14:21:59","date_gmt":"2020-01-08T14:21:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lindseyfishernc.com\/?p=8048"},"modified":"2020-01-08T14:21:59","modified_gmt":"2020-01-08T14:21:59","slug":"one-skillet-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/odez.com\/lindsey\/one-skillet-lasagna\/","title":{"rendered":"One Skillet Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/strong><br><strong>1 onion (chopped)<\/strong><br><strong>1 tbsp minced garlic<\/strong><br><strong>\u00bd tsp red pepper flake<\/strong>s<br><strong>1-2 tsp oregano<\/strong><br><strong>Salt and pepper<\/strong><br><strong>1 pound organic ground turkey or grass-fed organic ground bee<\/strong>f<br><strong>**OPTIONAL: Use zoodles OR<\/strong> <strong>8 whole wheat lasagna noodles (broken)<\/strong>**<br><strong>1 8-ounce can low-sodium tomato sauce<\/strong><br><strong>1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes w\/ basil<\/strong><br><strong>\u2153 cup water<\/strong><br><strong>\u00be cup mozzarella cheese<\/strong><br><strong>1 cup 1% cottage cheese or ricotta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add olive oil &amp; chopped onion to a skillet (medium heat) and cook about 4 minutes.
