{"id":8055,"date":"2020-01-08T14:50:49","date_gmt":"2020-01-08T14:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lindseyfishernc.com\/?p=8055"},"modified":"2020-01-08T14:50:49","modified_gmt":"2020-01-08T14:50:49","slug":"korean-beef-bowl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/odez.com\/lindsey\/korean-beef-bowl\/","title":{"rendered":"Korean Beef Bowl"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a small bowl combine and set aside:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp red pepper flakes<br>1 tsp garlic powder<br>1 tsp onion powder<br>1 tsp powdered ginger<br>\u00bd tsp salt &amp; pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 cup diced onion<br>1 tbsp sesame oil<br>2 lbs organic grass fed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.butcherbox.com\/free-bacon-special\/?utm_source=bing&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=&amp;msclkid=dcd7f36e4ea31a066e31ad7ba4056e32\">ground beef<\/a><br>1\/2 cup coconut aminos <br>2 tsp anchovy paste<br>1 tbsp GF tamari <br>4 cups cauliflower rice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large skillet, heat diced onion in sesame oil until translucent.  <br>Add 4 cups of cauliflower rice and cook until heated through. Set aside.<br>In the same skillet, brown the beef and drain grease. <br>Add coconut aminos (or low sodium soy sauce) anchovy paste and tamari. Combine meat, spice mixture and cauliflower rice to the skillet and heat for an additional 3-5 minutes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Tip: Serve beef &amp; rice mixture in a bowl over a bed of greens (romaine, spinach, arugula). Top with scallions, hot sauce and\/or diced avocado.
