Wash and cut cauliflower into 1 \u00bd inch \u201csteaks\u201d <br>\u2022In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and water <br>\u2022In another shallow bowl, mix flour and seasonings <br>\u2022Dredge cauliflower into the egg and then the flour mixture<br>\u2022Place \u201csteaks\u201d on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
