Rescued from a hoarding situation, he had a difficult start to life and is still learning that people can be kind and home can be a safe place. Huckleberry is shy and under-socialized, so he will do best with a patient family that is willing to help rehabilitate him through consistency, gentle handling, and allowing him to build trust at his own pace. With time to decompress and the opportunity to experience the comforts of a loving home, Huckleberry has every opportunity to blossom.
